The deal reinforces Federation Entertainment’s capacity
to invest in high-end scripted content
Paris, London – 14th May 2018
ANTON and FEDERATION ENTERTAINMENT enter a new partnership to boost their production and distribution capacity.
Under this partnership, ANTON will extend the development of FEDERATION ENTERTAINMENT by supporting investments in distribution as well as production.
On the distribution side, ANTON will co-fund FEDERATION’s acquisitions, in fiction and in animation, for international or French series – either shot in English, French or in other languages.
On the production side, ANTON will strengthen FEDERATION’s production capacity, by having the option to co-finance its productions.
Since its launch five years ago, FEDERATION ENTERTAINMENT has worked with the best worldwide talents and partners on the scene today, to create a strong distribution portfolio as well as an array of premium international productions.
European film and TV financing and coproduction group ANTON is one of the leading players on the European market, having co-financed more than 200 films to date. The company has announced last year a landmark slate deal with BBC Studios to co-finance all BBC’s high-end British drama for a multi-year period.
