Federation Entertainment goes unscripted and teams up with WeMake, the newly created company of Bouchra Réjani, former C.O.O of Shine France

Bouchra Réjani, former C.O.O of Shine France, joins the biggest French Indie company, Federation Entertainment to launch WeMake, a production company dedicated to unscripted, scripted and digital content.

About Bouchra Réjani

Bouchra has an extensive international experience and proven track records in senior management positions in UK and France in media and entertainment companies.

Prior to her new venture with Federation Entertainment, Bouchra Réjani joined Thierry Lachkar for the launch of Shine France which produced programs of all types; entertainment, factuals, dramas, digital….( The Voice, One Born Every Minute, Prodigies, Tunnel, The Big Music Quiz…). Bouchra was in charge of the commercial and strategic development of Shine France for 7 years. With more than 200 hours of programs broadcasted in prime time every year and with about 200 million viewers, Shine France was leading the market.

Bouchra Réjani started her career at KMPG Audit where she conducted audits and financial assessment missions of industrial groups (Shell, Total, Sonatrach in Algeria). In 1999 she joined Fox Kids Europe NV (Newscorp Group) in London as Head of Special Projects within the framework of the stock market launch of the group in 1999/2000. Her job consisted of structuring and organizing about thirty operating subsidiaries in Europe (television channels, production companies, brand licensing agents and internet operators).

After joining Fox Kids France (aka Disney XD) as Deputy Director in 2000, Bouchra Réjani moved on to join Fremantle Média France in 2004 (Pop Idol, Got Talent, X Factor, Supernanny…) where she was promoted at several functions up to C.O.O.
