Federation Studios, the rapidly expanding media group led by Pascal Breton, has announced key appointments and promotions to bolster its leadership team.
Eric Broët, formerly exec. VP of Warner Bros. France, joins Federation Studios as Group Deputy Managing Director effective July 1, 2024. In this role, he will work alongside Breton and co-CEOs Lionel Uzan and Marco Chimenz to drive the group’s expansion. His responsibilities will include overseeing group development strategy and corporate functions. Broët brings over two decades of experience from Warner Bros and WarnerMedia, where he held various financial and general management positions across France, Europe, and the United States.
Another significant addition to the team is Amandine Houpe, who has been appointed as the group’s Chief Financial Officer. Reporting to Broët, Houpe will manage the group’s finances and play a crucial role in shaping financing and external growth strategies. She joins Federation Studios from Wild Bunch Group, where she served as CFO for five years, overseeing financial activities and guiding strategic initiatives in film and series distribution and production.
The company has also announced a reorganization of its legal department. Isabelle Parmantier has been named Group Chief Legal and Business Affairs Officer for France, while Côme Chazal takes on the role of Group Chief Legal and Business Affairs Officer for International. Both Isabelle Parmantier and Come Chazal will report to Lionel Uzan and Marco Chimenz.
