At Federation Studios, social and environmental responsibility lies at the core of our strategy. We are committed to fostering innovative, sustainable, and inclusive audiovisual production.
Eco-production is one of the pillars of our CSR strategy, and each year we strengthen our initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of our film and television productions.
To achieve this, we are committed to:
Equal opportunity is also a key priority in our commitment, and we are implementing concrete initiatives to promote talent diversity at every level. In particular, we strive to welcome interns from a wide range of backgrounds, support the emergence of female talent through the WeBuildChange programme, and promote gender balance and inclusion within the technical crews on our productions.Â
Finally, we are committed to ensuring that all Federation Studios’ operations are conducted to the highest ethical standards. We place particular emphasis on respecting the rights and interests of all stakeholders, preventing corruption, and protecting personal data and assets of the company.Â
All of these commitments and requirements are set out in our Code of Ethics.
To track the progress of our CSR strategy and assess the effectiveness of our actions, we conduct an annual Group Carbon Footprint Assessment and publish an annual Impact Report.
At Federation Studios, we believe that diversity is a powerful driver of performance and appeal. This belief guides all our actions and commitments. Â
As storytellers and content creators, we fully acknowledge our responsibility in promoting gender diversity and professional equality.
We are committed to fostering women’s roles in the production industry, particularly by raising awareness across the educational sectors and by creating professional developmentopportunities for everybody working within our group.
Furthermore, we are dedicated to actively building an inclusive environment where everyone, regardless of their gender, can thrive and pursue their professional aspirations to the fullest.Â
