THE VIKING WARRIORESS

In 2017 a team of Swedish archaeologists and scientists discovered that the body of the reportedly greatest male Viking warrior found in Birka in 1878, was actually a woman. This documentary retraces the exciting investigation about the truth behind this figure. It studies the different hypotheses which have been made by various experts. Was the analysis duly made and are the results correct? Did the scientists study the right bones? What if there had been two skeletons in the grave?
