Joséphine Japy, Julien Frison, Félix Lefebvre and Jonathan Zaccaï are saddling up for the upcoming drama series TOUR DE FRANCE!
The first drama series dedicated to the world’s greatest cycling race and 3rd biggest sports event in the world, will begin filming this week in France.
TOUR DE FRANCE is produced by Federation Studio France (Judith Rochelois, Pascal Breton), in coproduction with UMedia, in association with uFund, and will be released on Prime Video and France Télévisions in 2027. The series is created by Alexandre Delaporte and Grégory Nicolas, based on an original idea by Louis Leterrier.
Synopsis:
When Nora (Joséphine Japy), a brilliant businesswoman, acquires Deepblue, a French cycling team on the verge of collapse, she believes she can impose her own methods on the peloton. But as the Tour de France unfolds, she finds herself caught between Mathias (Julien Frison), a former champion determined not to fade away, and Ayden (Félix Lefebvre), an unknown young prodigy who suddenly becomes the hope of an entire nation. Nora soon discovers that a team is forged through pain, sacrifice, and unwavering commitment. To win, each of them must set aside personal ambitions and learn to trust one another, so that the collective can triumph.
