Another successfull edition for Federation at the London Screenings!

Federation International held today its iconic Federation Morning Show, an exclusive showcase that took place at the Soho Hotel for an audience of 150 international buyers.

Monica Levy and Guillaume Pommier, co-heads of Federation International, unveiled the first episode of upcoming Australian Tropic Noir series DUSTFALL as well as the first exclusive images of epic period drama A TALE OF TWO CITIES, followed by some upcoming high-end international series still in production or in development.

Starring Anna Torv (The Newsreader), DUSTFALL is a 6 X 52’ propulsive, atmospheric Tropic Noir that follows a detective whose deep sense of justice is challenged by a world where victims are doubted, predators hide in plain sight, and the legal system too often falls short.

Produced by Soapbox Pictures (Australia) and Moonriver TV (UK) for ABC Australia, in association with the BBC and ZDF, the series is written by Dianne Taylor (lead writer, BAFTA nominated for After the Party), Stuart Page (Total Control), Belinda Chayko (The Survivors), Beatrix Christian (Black Snow) and based on the novel “The Unbelieved” by Vikki Petraitis.

It is directed by Emma Freeman (The Newsreader, Interview With a Vampire, Fake, The Family Next Door).

In addition to Anna Torv (The Newsreader, Territory, The Last of Us), the cast includes Juliet Stevenson (Truly Madly Deeply), Zoë Phillips (Eden), Bert LaBonté (Colin from Accounts) and Kate Box (Dead Loch). Dustfall will held its worldwide premiere later this month at SERIES MANIA, where the series is selected in international competition.

Dustfall has been identified as one of the most promising titles of this London TV Screenings edition by the most prestigious international trade publications. It was listed in Variety’s “Must-track shows”, the “Deadline Dozen” and the C21 and Broadcast International selections.

Federation International handles worldwide rights to the series.
