Federation Kids & Family strikes deal with TAT Productions to handle worldwide sales of the new 3D animated series PIL’S ADVENTURES

Series based on the hit animated feature film

Premium kids content distributor Federation Kids & Family (part of media powerhouse Federation Studios) has struck a deal with prolific French producer and animation studio TAT Productions to handle worldwide sales of the stunning new 3D animated series PIL’S ADVENTURES.

PIL’S ADVENTURES (52 x 13’) has already been pre-sold to France Télévisions (deal brokered by TAT).  This follows on from the success of the animated feature film of the same name which premiered theatrically in 2021, and was released in 75 territories worldwide and marked the 2nd most screened French film internationally that year.

PIL’S ADVENTURES (52 x 13’) follows ‘Pil’, a clever and agile little girl, is a true rebel, as adept at leaping from rooftop to rooftop as she is at dressing up as a princess. In the medieval town of Roc-en-Brume, she valiantly watches over the inhabitants with the help of Crobar, Rigolin, and her three tame weasels. Bandits to catch? Pil takes care of them! A tyrannical nobleman who mistreats his subjects? She teaches him a lesson! A mystery linked to an ancient legend? She leads the investigation!

The series is directed by Benjamin Lagard, and Jérémie Guneau, based on an original idea by writer and showrunner Julien Fournet.  Graphics are created by Benoit Daffis, Laurent Houis, Benjamin Lagard and Guillaume Poux.

Jean-François Tosti, Producer and Co-founder, TAT productions said: “It’s great to have  Federation on board to make Pil’s Adventures our next hit TV franchise.  I’m convinced kids will love these new vibrant characters, and we are confident that we have found the dream team to make it a global phenomenon!”
