Federation Studios makes managerial and organizational changes

After 6 years building the Federation Studios group alongside Pascal Breton and Lionel Uzan, Benoît Lacombe steps down to pursue new projects. He will be leaving his position of Group COO in June 2023.
Benoît Lacombe: “I’ve had a wonderful adventure working with remarkable creative talents, amazing teams and great partners whom I sincerely thank. We aimed for excellence in all aspects of our work and, I believe, we came close to achieving it in most of our initiatives.”
As Federation’s activities are now in a mature phase, I have decided to embark on an entrepreneurial project to support growing businesses.

Pascal Breton, Founder & Group Chairman and Lionel Uzan, Co-founder and Group CEO of Federation Studios: “We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Benoît for his contribution to the growth of Federation Studios and the years of commitment and successful results achieved together. The Strategic Committee, comprised of executives and shareholders, joins us in congratulating Benoit for the work accomplished and acknowledging the operational and financial performance of recent years”.

Julie Gualino-Daly, Group Chief Financial Officer since September 2022, is appointed Group Chief Finance Officer and General Secretary of the Federation Studios group. As General Secretary, she will oversee the group’s support functions including HR, IT and Corporate Finance. She reports directly to Pascal Breton. Sophie Belval, Group Chief People Officer will continue to handle HR management and strategy for the group and all its subsidiaries and Didier Chapeau, Group Chief Information officer, will continue as head of IT.

Simona Rapino, currently COO of Fabula Pictures, Federation Studios’ Italian subsidiary, is joining Federation’s Parisian office as Director of Operations and Business Support. In her new position, she will be responsible for coordinating the group’s activities, overseeing support to the subsidiaries and assisting in the development of their business and growth strategies. She will report to Pascal Breton and Lionel Uzan.

Amandine Magnan, Group Chief Business Affairs & legal Officer, in charge of leading and overseeing the management and strategy of the Business Affairs and Legal Department of the group an all its subsidiaries, is now reporting to Pascal Breton and Lionel Uzan.
