Starting now, Incognita Distribution will represent the documentary catalog of Federation International, which includes the extensive slate of Lucky You (a subsidiary of Bonne Pioche Télévision, part of Federation Studios), as well as films and series produced by Federation Studio France and more than 70 of the most respected third-party producers on the international market.
This partnership also gives Incognita a first look at all future documentary productions by Bonne Pioche and Federation Studios France.
Federation International’s documentary catalogue offers a highly diverse selection of nearly 900 hours of programming. It includes productions from Bonne Pioche Télévision, a leading figure in French documentary filmmaking behind titles such as Putin’s Secret Weapons, Napoleon The Third: The Bold and Beautiful, and Hiroshima: Race to the Apocalypse. It also includes high end specials from Federation Studio France, such as The Force of Destiny: A Season at the Heart of La Scala, MH370: Missing, and Kabul Chaos. This rich editorial portfolio further enhances Incognita Distribution’s market position.
Incognita Distribution, for its part, already features iconic works such as Magellan’s Extraordinary Odyssey, Slavery Routes, well as more recent productions like Christopher Reeve: The Eternal Superman and The Exported: The Dark Trade of the Cold War. The catalogue also includes recent productions from Incognita Doc, live performance recordings from Camera Lucida, and a wide range of documentaries from more than twenty independent producers.
“This partnership is a strategic move for Incognita Distribution, enabling the company to accelerate its growth and strengthen its position as a leading player both in France and internationally. By bringing together our catalogues, which highlight the work of talented producers, we are able to offer buyers a broader, richer, and highly diverse selection.” – Chloé Persyn-Preljocaj, COO of Incognita Distribution
“We have chosen to refocus on our core area of expertise—the distribution of fiction content in the broadest sense, including series, films, and kids’ programming. For documentary distribution, Incognita stood out to us as the ideal partner, and we are delighted to announce this agreement today. We are confident that both our catalogue and the future projects of our producers are in the best possible hands with Chloé and her team.” – Guillaume Pommier, Co-Director of Federation International
“International co-financing for our films and series is vital. Along with Alexandre Soullier and Martin Boudot, my two fellow documentary producers at Bonne Pioche Télévision, we are thrilled and eager to work with Chloé Persyn and her teams.” – Emmanuel Priou, Producer and Founder of Bonne Pioche
