Richard Altman, a respected judge, is forced to sacrifice everything he has worked for when his son Lucas commits a hit and run, leaving a man for dead. At first, Richard wants his son to do the right thing, but changes his mind when he realizes that the victim of the accident is none other than the son of a dangerous criminal he helped put behind bars. In order to save the life of his beloved son, Richard will jeopardize himself, forget his values and get caught up in a vicious cycle of self-destruction.
